Fees for Professional Valuations
This document is to be read in conjunction with our Conditions of Engagement to ensure that you are instructing the correct valuation for your requirements. If you are in any doubt please discuss this with the valuer and/ or your legal adviser before confirming your instructions.
We do not provide valuations for the purposes of obtaining secured/ mortgage lending.
Additional professional time is available by prior agreement and is charged at £250 per hour including travelling time outside a radius of 10 miles from our Wantage office with return mileage added @ 45p per mile.
Please note our fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate and are payable prior to the release of the completed report.
Our fee is based on our final opinion of value as follows:

| £201,000 to £250,000 | £425 |
| £250,001 to £300,000 | £450 |
| £301,000 to £350,000 | £475 |

| £451,000 to £500,000 | £535 |
| £501,000 to £600,000 | £585 |
| £601,000 to £700,000 | £640 |
| £701,000 to £800,000 | £695 |
| £801,000 to £900,000 | £750 |
| £901,000 to £1m | £850 |
| £1m to £1.5m | £950 |
| £1.51m to £2m | £1050 |
