We are able to publicise the fees for some of the more routine services that we provide. The fee structure for our Residential Lettings Department will be found below. Nevertheless we always prefer to fully discuss and understand your plans so that we can tailor our recommendations to your circumstances. We have many life times of experience across the office and we feel confident that you can rely on the advice that you receive.

Lettings Services and Charges

TENANTS FEES

£120 fee, per adult, non-refundable for referencing, inclusive of VAT at 20%

Tenancy Agreement fee £150 inclusive of VAT at 20% per property.

Check out fee £120, inclusive of VAT at 20% for up to 2 bedroom properties.

Check out fee £130 inclusive of VAT at 20%, for 3 bedroom properties.

Check out fee £150 inclusive of VAT at 20%, for 4 bedroom properties.

Larger and furnished properties may incur extra costs.

Renewal fees £90 inclusive of VAT at 20%, per property

Late rent notification fee - 14 day (whole or part rent due) £30.00 inclusive of VAT at 20%.  

Overdue rental payments will be subject to interest at the rate of 6% per annum.

Returned rent payment fee - £30.00 inclusive of VAT at 20% (each presentation).      

GUARANTOR FEES

£120 inclusive of VAT per adult, non-refundable for referencing and tenancy agreement.

LANDLORD FEES

Letting Fees for Managed Properties
£660.00 per property, inclusive of VAT at 20% per property.

Management Fees
Monthly management; 15% of rent collected inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Quarterly management; 12% of rent collected, inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Letting Fee for Unmanaged Properties
£780.00 per property, inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Additional Fees           
If multiple agency then the fee is to be agreed by prior arrangement.
Inventory for larger properties and furnished to be agreed prior to services commencing.

Check-outs for unmanaged properties £180.00, inclusive of VAT at 20%

Tenancy Agreements only, starting from £180.00, inclusive of VAT at 20%

Change from Statutory Periodic at the end of Fixed Period, advising tenant and amending Tenancy Deposit Registration £90.00, inclusive of VAT at 20%

For further additional work, charge is £120 per hour, inclusive of VAT at 20%
